Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Chicago Police Article of the Illinois Pension Code.        
   Allows retirement at any age with 25 years of service. Amends the           
   State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement.         
   Effective immediately.

          Estimated annual cost is $2.4 million (0.38% of payroll).            
          PENSION NOTE, REVISED (Pension Laws Commission)                      
          Estimated reduction in annual cost the first year is $0.8
