Requires the Department of Children and Family Services to provide sensitivity training with respect to dealing with clients to all caseworkers and other employees who have direct contact with clients. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Children and Family Services) Minimum 1st year fiscal impact is approximately $2,600,000. In future years impact will continue at about 1/3 of this amount annually. State funds must bear the full cost.
