Short description: GANG MEMBERS-NO STATE AID Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Illinois Streetgang Terrorism Omnibus Prevention Act. Provides that gang members are not eligible for public aid, public housing, education assistance, or any other assistance funded in whole or in part with State moneys. Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that a gang member is ineligible for aid under the Code. Amends the Housing Authorities Act. Provides that a gang member is ineligible for residence in a housing project operated under the Act.
