        Amends the Illinois  Controlled  Substances  Act.   Provides  for      
   enhanced  penalties  for  the delivery of controlled substances in the      
   presence of a child under 18 years of age.

   provisions of Public Act 88-680 that were declared unconstitutional by

   as  violating  the  single  subject   provisions   of   the   Illinois      
   Constitution.  Excludes certain provisions.  Effective immediately.
