DONAHUE-REA-NOLAND AND O'DANIEL.

        Creates the Special Committee on the Access and  Availability  of      
   Emergency Medical Services in Rural Illinois to identify all ambulance      
   providers  located  in rural areas by their service regions, to review      
   and  analyze  the  impact  of  funding,  training,  regulations,   and      
   licensing on the access and availability of emergency medical services      
   in  rural  areas, to present a report to the General Assembly and the       
   Governor by March 1, 2000.
