(WOOLARD-DAVIS,MONIQUE-MITCHELL,JERRY) Encourages the General Assembly to promptly review and evaluate the Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates filed by the State Board of Education to determine if the Report should be disapproved in whole or in part. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Disapproves school district requests for waivers made under Section 2-3.25g of the School Code relating to substitute certifi- cates, the compilation of average daily attendance, and charter schools.
