PHILIP. ILCON Art. VI, Sec. 2 ILCON Art. VI, Sec. 3 Proposes to amend the Judiciary Article of the Illinois Constitution concerning Judicial Districts. Provides that the First Judicial District shall be divided into three sub-districts solely for the purpose of the election of Supreme Court Judges. Provides that in the First Judicial District one Supreme Court Judge shall be selected from each of the sub-districts.
