MAITLAND. 605 ILCS 5/6-508 from Ch. 121, par. 6-508 Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that the tax for construction of bridges, culverts, drainage structures, and grade separations at the joint expense of a county and a road district also may be used for building those types of structures over, on, or under road district roads, without county funds being involved and without limitation as to the size of the project, but only if adequate funds are available for all projects for which the road district has petitioned the county for joint participation.
