BURZYNSKI. 230 ILCS 5/34.2 new 230 ILCS 10/13.2 new 230 ILCS 10/18 from Ch. 120, par. 2418 Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 and the Riverboat Gambling Act. Provides that no person may conduct or authorize the installation of automated teller machines, the cashing of a post-dated check, the cashing of a welfare check, or the loaning of money to a person on the grounds of the race track or the inter-track wagering facility or inter-track wagering location facility of an organization licensee under the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 or the riverboat or dock of an owners licensee under the Riverboat Gambling Act. Provides that a violation is a Class B misdemeanor.
