Authorizes the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois to sell, lease, or otherwise transfer and convey certain real estate. Allows the Board of Trustees to retain the proceeds from any such transaction and use the proceeds to acquire and develop land for the South Farms on the Urbana-Champaign campus and to replace certain warehouse space being lost in Chicago.
