Deletes reference to: New Act Adds reference to: 20 ILCS 801/5-10 Deletes everything. Amends the Department of Natrual Resources Act. Requires the Department of Natural Resources to study the development, use, and management of groundwater resources in the State of Illinois and the need to implement county groundwater quantity management plans. Requires the study to completed and filed with the Governor and the General Assembly on or before January 1, 2001.
