Provides for enhanced penalties for the commission of any of the following offenses using a firearm in or within 500 feet of a church, synagogue, or other building, structure, or place used for religious worship or other religious purpose: second degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, or aggravated battery with a firearm.
