Provides for the continuation of powers granted to the City of Springfield for the implementation of certain agreements entered into by the the Capital City Railroad Relocation Authority. Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Adds reference to: 65 ILCS 5/11-90-5 new Adds provisions validating actions taken in reliance on Section 11-90-5 or 11-90-6 (now repealed).
