OBAMA-LIGHTFORD. 305 ILCS 5/4-1.6b new Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the Department of Public Aid shall pay to families receiving cash assistance under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Article an amount equal to either two-thirds of the monthly child support collected or the amount of monthly child support collected and required to be paid to the family pursuant to administrative rule, whichever is greater.
