DUDYCZ-SHAW. 625 ILCS 5/6-109 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-109 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that an applicant for a commercial driver's license (CDL) who fails either the written or the road test after the third attempt in any 12 month period is barred from re-examination for a period of one month. Provides that a person who again fails either exam after the mandatory one month waiting period is barred from re-examination for 3 months. Provides that a person who fails either examination again after the mandatory 3 month waiting period is barred from re-examination for one year.
