JACOBS. 40 ILCS 5/7-141.1 30 ILCS 805/8.24 new Amends the IMRF Article of the Pension Code. Provides that an annuitant who is receiving early retirement incentives may work under a personal services contract for a municipality with a population of 5000 or less, with the approval of the municipality's governing body. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
