RADOGNO. 40 ILCS 5/14-104 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 14-104 Amends the State Employee Article of the Illinois Pension Code to provide that, for a disabled veteran, the cost of establishing service credit for certain military service, including interest, shall not exceed $1,000 per year. Effective immediately.
