   40 ILCS 5/14-120          from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 14-120                     

        Amends the State Employee Article of the  Pension  Code  to  make      
   stylistic  changes  relating  to the termination of survivor benefits.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          SB1245 will not have a fiscal impact on the State Employees'         
          Retirement Fund.
