Includes in the definition of "commercial motor vehicle" a vehicle used on public highways in commerce when the vehicle has a gross weight or a gross combination weight of 10,001 pounds or more. Adopts by reference Part 385 of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (Safety Fitness Procedures).
