BURZYNSKI.

   5 ILCS 140/6              from Ch. 116, par. 206                            

        Amends the Freedom of Information Act.  Authorizes public  bodies      
   to charge reasonable fees for searching and retrieving public records.      
   Authorizes  public  bodies  to  require  a deposit, up to 25% of their      
   estimated cost, for searching, retrieving, reproducing, and certifying      
   public records.
