CRONIN. (BASSI-SILVA) 105 ILCS 5/34-8.3 from Ch. 122, par. 34-8.3 Amends the Chicago School District Article of the School Code. Requires the board of education to establish criteria concerning the factors used in deciding to place an attendance center on remediation. Requires the board to establish guidelines that determine the factors for placing an attendance center on probation. Requires the board to establish, in writing, criteria for determining whether or not a school shall remain on probation.
