Amends the Children and Family Services Act. Eliminates the limitation on the number of persons who may be appointed to an advisory committee on child protection investigations. Amends the Illinois Planning Council on Developmental Disabilities Law. Provides that the designee or designees of any or all of the Directors of specified agencies may serve on the Council. Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act.
