RADOGNO-LINK.

(LYONS,EILEEN-GARRETT-OSMOND-MATHIAS-GASH)

   New Act                                                                     

        Creates the Recycled Content Products Study Act.   Establishes  a      
   task  force  to  study  and  assess   the existing market for products      
   containing recycled materials.  Directs the task force to consider the      
   establishment of  various  marketing  programs,  technical  assistance      
   programs,  and  incentive  programs  to  promote  the  use of products      
   containing recycled materials. Requires the task force to  report  its      
   findings  and  recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly no      
   later than July 1, 2000.  Effective immediately.                            
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Removes the  Lieutenant  Governor  and  members  of  the  General      
   Assembly  from  the  Task  Force.  Provides for the appointment of one      
   public member by each of  the  4  leaders  of  the  General  Assembly.      
   Provides for repeal of the Act on January 1, 2001.
