SILVERSTEIN. 720 ILCS 5/24-3.3 from Ch. 38, par. 24-3.3 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that the statute prohibiting the sale or delivery of firearms in a school or school conveyance by a person at least 18 years of age to a person under 18 years of age, applies to the sale or delivery by and to a person on school property, a school conveyance, or within 1,000 feet of a school regardless of the age of the buyer or seller.
