BOMKE. 10 ILCS 5/9-25.5 new Amends the Election Code. Prohibits any person from obtaining a full or partial list of State employees from the office of the State Comptroller for the purpose of soliciting contributions for a candidate from those employees. Provides that a person soliciting contributions from a list of State employees is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and may be fined an amount equal to the amount of the contributions solicited from the State employees.
