DILLARD. 40 ILCS 5/14-110 from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 14-110 Amends the State Employees Article of the Pension Code to allow certain persons employed under the Correctional Institutions Management Information System (CIMIS) program in positions in which there is routine contact with prisoners to receive the alternative (State Police) benefit formula. Allows conversion of CIMIS credits earned before the effective date into eligible creditable service. Effective immediately.
