JACOBS. 230 ILCS 10/11.2 new Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Provides that if a licensee receives less than $25,000,000 in adjusted gross receipts in a 12-month period, it may petition the Gaming Board for permission to conduct a dockside gambling pilot program.
