PARKER. 750 ILCS 5/505.3 new Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that if a non-custodial parent paying child support under a court order believes the custodial parent is not spending enough money to support the minor child, the non-custodial parent may petition the court to order the custodial parent to account for spending on the child's behalf for a designated recent period of time, and the court may order an accounting if it finds an accounting is in the best interest of the minor child.
