DUDYCZ-RAUSCHENBERGER.

(BIGGINS)

        Makes appropriations to the Board  of  Trustees  of  Northeastern      
   Illinois   University   to  meet  ordinary  and  contingent  expenses.      
   Effective July 1, 1999.                                                     
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Deletes everything. Appropriates $30,189,000 to the Board of           
   Trustees of Northeastern Illinois Univesity for ordinary and con-           
   tingent expenses. Effective July 1, 1999.                                   
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2.                                                
        Deletes everything. Appropriates $40,330,400 to the Board of           
   Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University for any expenditures           
   authorized by law. Effective July 1, 1999.                                  
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Deletes everything. Reinserts  the contents of the bill as             
   introduced,  but  changes  the  amounts appropriated. Effective             
   July 1, 1999.
