Provides that a school that uses broadcast application of pesticides shall comply with certain notice provisions. Effective August 15, 1999. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 415 ILCS 60/8.1 new Adds reference to: 415 ILCS 65/3 from Ch. 5, par. 853 Deletes everything. Amends the Lawn Care Products Application and Notice Act.
