   New Act                                                                     

        Creates the Soft Drink Industry Fair Dealing Act.    Restricts  a      
   supplier  from taking certain actions against a distributor.  Requires      
   a supplier to provide a distributor with  notice  of  a  cancellation.      
   Effective immediately.
