BOMKE. 20 ILCS 2215/2-2 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 6502-2 410 ILCS 50/3 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 5403 Amends the Illinois Health Finance Reform Act. Provides that the Health Care Cost Containment Council shall be responsible for prescribing by rule the standards for a bill from a long-term care facility as the bill relates to pharmaceuticals dispensed to a resident. Provides that the rules, at a minimum, shall require that a long-term care facility itemize in the billing statement to a resident the cost, per dosage, of any pharmaceutical product dispensed to the resident. Amends the Medical Patient Rights Act.
