Exempts from the taxes imposed by these Acts, game or game birds purchased at a "game breeding and hunting preserve area" or an "exotic game hunting area" as those terms are used in the Wildlife Code or at a hunting enclosure approved through rules adopted by the Department of Natural Resources. Excepts the provisions from the sunset requirements.
