        Amends the Illinois Pension Code to allow  a  current  or  former      
   employee  of  the  Metropolitan  Pier  and Exposition Authority to buy      
   service credit in the Chicago Municipal, Chicago  Park  District,  and      
   State  Employee  retirement systems.  Requires payment of employee and      
   employer contributions plus interest.  Amends the State  Mandates  Act      
   to    require   implementation   without   reimbursement.    Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          Fiscal impact cannot be determined; there would be a fiscal          
          impact if contributions and interest do not meet increased           
          accrued liability.
