MOLARO. 70 ILCS 3605/41 from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 341 Amends the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act. Provides that the Chicago Transit Authority shall supply a copy of the civil action provision to persons giving written or electronic notice of an injury or cause of action to the secretary of the Authority Board or to the Authority General Counsel. Provides that the Authority is not obligated to supply a copy of the provision to persons who give oral notice or who serve written notice upon an employee of the Authority other than the secretary of the Board or the General Counsel of the Authority.
