Amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000. Adds the condition that the Office of Banks and Real Estate have a reciprocal agreement with the other state to the list of conditions for issuance of a nonresi- dent salesperson's license and a broker's license to a broker licensed under the laws of another state. Makes a change in the definition of "managing broker".
