KLEMM. 5 ILCS 140/3.5 new 5 ILCS 140/8 from Ch. 116, par. 208 Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Provides that when making public records available to any person, the public body must provide the record in the form or format requested by the person if the record is stored or readily reproducible in that form or format. Provides that a public body shall indicate which portions of public records provided in electronic form have been deleted and the extent of those deletions.
