HALVORSON. 625 ILCS 5/11-401 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-401 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to provide that the driver of a vehicle knowingly involved in a motor vehicle accident, regardless of the driver's knowledge that the accident resulted in personal injury or death, shall stop (instead of requiring a driver of a vehicle involved in a motor vehicle accident resulting in personal injury or death to stop).
