RAUSCHENBERGER. 105 ILCS 5/2-3.12a new Amends the School Code to create the Health/Life Safety Code Advisory Committee. Requires the Committee to review the establishment and enforcement of life safety rules and requirements and the categorization of life safety items as "urgent" or "required" in safety survey reports, as set forth under provisions of the School Code concerning the school building code.
