 Full Text  Bill Summary
MADIGAN,MJ-DANIELS-GIGLIO, LANG, FLOWERS, FEIGENHOLTZ, 
   BELLOCK, COULSON AND BLACK.

        Resolves that  providers  of  services  for  the  developmentally      
   disabled  shall  increase the wages of direct care workers by at least      
   the same percentage as the increase in funds that they receive from         
   the State in fiscal year 2000 and that each such provider shall certi-      
   fy to the Department of Human Services that it has provided the wage        
   increases in accordance with these requirements.
