MITCHELL,BILL.

        Creates an FY2000 supplemental appropriation of  $1,500,000  from      
   the  General  Revenue  Fund  to the State Water Survey Division of the      
   Department of Natural Resources for conducting a comprehensive  survey      
   of  the  presence  of  methyl  tertiary  butyl  ether  (MTBE)  in  the      
   groundwater  of  this State.  Reappropriates for FY2001 any portion of      
   this amount remaining unexpended at  the  end  of  FY2000.   Effective      
   immediately.
