GARRETT-BOLAND-GASH.

        Appropriates $200,000 from the Road Fund  to  the  Department  of      
   Transportation  for  employing additional vehicle weight inspectors so      
   that every vehicle weigh station in the State  may  be  kept  open  at      
   least 5 days and 40 hours per week. Effective July 1, 2000.
