WOOLARD.

   20 ILCS 605/605-1000 new                                                    

        Amends the Department of Commerce and Community  Affairs  Law  of      
   the   Civil  Administrative  Code  of  Illinois.   Provides  that  the      
   Department of Commerce and Community Affairs shall  make  grants  from      
   the  Tourism  Promotion  Fund,  subject  to  appropriation, to tourism      
   bureaus in  Southern  Illinois  for  specified  purposes  relating  to      
   tourism.  Effective immediately.
