SCHOENBERG-SILVA.

        Appropriates  $2  from  the   General   Revenue   Fund   to   the      
   Environmental  Protection  Agency  for  its  ordinary  and  contingent      
   expenses.  Effective July 1, 2000.                                          
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Deletes everything. Makes appropriations and reappropriations          
   from various funds for the ordinary and contingent expenses and             
   various projects and programs of the Environmental Protection Agency.       
   Effective July 1, 2000.
