PANKAU-HOLBROOK AND JONES,SHIRLEY.

(SULLIVAN)

   220 ILCS 20/7             from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 557                        

        Amends the Illinois Gas Pipeline Safety Act.  Provides  that  the      
   maximum civil penalties for certain violations of the Act may not           
   exceed the maximum penalties established by federal law. Makes a tech-      
   nical change relating to a cross-reference. Effective immediately.          
          FISCAL NOTE (Illinois Commerce Commission)                           
          ICC estimates no fiscal impact on State revenues from HB 4466.
