JONES,SHIRLEY. 705 ILCS 105/27.2a from Ch. 25, par. 27.2a Amends the Clerks of Courts Act. Provides that in counties of 3,000,000 or more inhabitants, filing fees may not be charged to a housing authority established under the Housing Authorities Act. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Revenue) The Department of Revenue does not have authority under the Acts being amended. Therefore, the Department is not the property agency to fulfill the fiscal note request. STATE MANDATES NOTE (Dept. of Commerce and Community Affairs) HB 4351 does not create a State mandate. HOUSING AFFORDABIILTY NOTE (Housing Development Authority) There will be no fiscal effect on the cost of constructing, purchasing, owning, or selling a single family residence. FISCAL NOTE (Administrative Office of Ill.
