   110 ILCS 805/2-20 new                                                       

        Amends the Public Community College Act.  Requires  the  Illinois      
   Community College Board to establish and administer a grant program to      
   award  grants to community college districts to increase the amount of      
   credit hours  taught  at  community  colleges  by  full-time  faculty.      
   Effective July 1, 2000.
