FRITCHEY. 625 ILCS 5/11-501 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a person commits aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs if he or she drives a vehicle while having a blood alcohol level of 0.16 or higher.
