GIGLIO. 815 ILCS 505/2KK new Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that it is an unlawful practice to charge a consumer for receiving a call by means of a cellular phone unless the consumer is given the opportunity to cancel receipt of the call without incurring a charge or other obligation.
