   30 ILCS 345/5             from Ch. 17, par. 6855                            

        Amends the Illinois Private Activity  Bond  Allocation  Act  with      
   respect  to the volume cap allocation.  Provides that no unit of local      
   government may be granted  more  than  5%  (now,  10%)  for  a  single      
   project,  bond  issue,  or  borrower  (now,  for  a  single  project).      
   Effective immediately.
